The “National Priorities” Agency has presented an analytical report on the transformation of the industry: “Tourism Personnel: From the Service Sector to the Happiness Industry.”
The report was developed with input from 26 tourism industry experts, including Pavel Krovyakov, Deputy General Director of the Mantera Group and the lead curator of the Mantera Corporate Academy.
